I’m a community-minded individual who loves the outdoors! Being in nature feels like the place where I belong. As a runner, I have had a diverse experience. I started running in elementary school for no particular reason, and I fell in love with it. I ran through middle school and high school, and into part of college, but my career was cut short by a knee injury. I took a couple of years off, and in 2023, I laced up my sneakers and tried again, this time with a different mentality. I love running because it requires you to be present and in tune with yourself and your body. It’s something you can do anywhere, anytime, and it’s a journey that looks different for everyone. It’s never too late to try and it is always okay to have to try again. As a running coach, my priorities are gratitude, patience, inspiration, and my own willingness to learn from every person I experience in life. I look forward to sharing that with others.
