At MyOutdoorJoy, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel your attendance at a class or event. Our non-member cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to continue providing high-quality immersive outdoor experiences.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible.  Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If cancellation occurs at least 8 days before the class or event, a full (100%) refund will be issued. (Excludes anything requiring lodging or private events)

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a solution whenever possible.  However, please note that our guides and staff prepare extensively for each event, and last-minute cancellations can result in significant losses for our small business.
