1 ) Normal price discounts do not apply to international travel, excursions with hotels, Glamping trips, or certain special events. Members will receive a special discount for that event.

3) International Travel: The member must be an annual member or have paid the monthly membership fee for the previous 6 months. The membership plan must be current at the time of event registration AND at the time of the event, or the participant(s) will need to pay the non-member price. Members may bring one (1) guest at the membership price.

6) Adults and/or guardians may sign a minor up for an event; however, the adult must be a paid participant for any child under 13 years old. The adult must also stay on site throughout the program. Minors may not attend any overnight trips unaccompanied
Up to 2 children per member, ages 12 or younger, may participate in MANY events and classes for FREE, EXCEPT for international travel, SCUBA, fly fishing, Special Events (as noted on the calendar), and events that require hotels, lodging, or cabins. Kids must share a tent with a parent or guardian at camping events.
Parents or Legal Guardians must be registered participants at any and all classes and events with minors.
ESSENTIAL members may bring up to two (2) guests aged 13 or older to an event at the member’s price. See terms for guests 12 and under.
ESSENTIAL and PREMIUM Members receive special event pricing for international trips and may only bring (1) guest at the non-member price.
Guests must register separately for events and classes.
